Beginner's Guide
Getting Started
Welcome to Roco Kingdom: World! This guide covers everything you need to know to begin your adventure. The game features an open world with over 200 sprites to collect, battle, and evolve.
Choosing Your Starter
At the beginning of the game, you'll choose one of three starter sprites:
- Meowth (Grass) — Great for beginners. Evolves into Magicat, a powerful grass-type attacker with healing abilities.
- Spark (Fire) — High damage dealer. Evolves into Blazegod, one of the strongest fire-type sprites.
- Aquaqua (Water) — Balanced and versatile. Evolves into Aquasoul, an excellent support and tank.
Understanding the Interface
After your first battle, you'll gain access to the full game interface:
- Sprite Team: Your active team of up to 6 sprites. You can swap them at any healing point.
- Backpack: Stores all your items, Gulu Balls, and materials.
- Skill Panel: View and manage your sprites' skills and abilities.
- Map: The open world map showing your current location and discovered areas.
Catching Sprites
To catch wild sprites, you'll use Gulu Balls. Here's the basic process:
- Encounter a wild sprite in the overworld
- Weaken it by reducing its HP (lower HP = higher catch rate)
- Throw a Gulu Ball to attempt capture
- If successful, the sprite joins your collection!
Leveling and Evolution
Sprites gain experience through battles. When they reach certain levels, they can evolve into stronger forms. Most sprites have 3 stages:
| Stage | Level | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Stage I | 1-15 | Base form. Cute but relatively weak. |
| Stage II | 16-30 | First evolution. Gains new skills and stats. |
| Final | 31+ | Final evolution. Full power unlocked. |
